Quick bio
After doing competitive gymnastics for 11 yrs I played outdoor soccer for a good 10years and somewhere in between that I fell in love with pole and found myself teaching pole too! I started competing just last year and was very lucky to walk away with runners up at VPC and 2nd runners up at APC. I recently won Rising Stars and Pole Candy 2015 and am excited to make the transition from amateur/semi pro to professional at VPC later this year!

Describe your style?
I was never blessed with natural flex, even with my gymnastics background so I would say I’m more dynamic, enjoy tumbles and I’m very “gymmy” haha! luv me some flips and anything acrobatic!! Something to get the adrenaline pumping. I’m a HUGE fan of static so most of my routines have more static rather then spin !!
Favourite move?
There’s way too many but I do luv a good pole assisted back sault, flip up onto the pole and swing spin to punch front. Anything flippy haha!
Tools of the trade, what can’t you live without when pole dancing?
I don’t use a lot of grip but when I do it’s always dry hands Luv my pole uggs and all the pretty pole wear!! Rarr Indi bad kitty – too many and definitely my iPad and iPod!!
Any hobbies or passions outside of pole dancing?
Yes I run my own hip hop dance school and I work as a nurse during the day which I’m very passionate about !! Also addicted to watching dance moms haha!!

I feel incredibly lucky and blessed to be apart of it all! I have grown so much and continue to strive because I’m surrounded by so many inspirational polers!!
What does your training schedule look like?
I teach pole Mondays and Wednesday’s, and I train Monday Tuesday and Thursday. I see my physio every week and usually try and rest on the weekends. I run my hip hop school Friday nights.
